In this strategic role, Will will lead the expansion of Baby Blue’s maintenance business across the UK.
With a distinguished 30-year career in the data centre maintenance industry, Will brings a wealth of experience in developing strategic partnerships and delivering innovative solutions that drive organisational growth. His expertise in orchestrating mission-critical support services will be invaluable in reinforcing Baby Blue’s position as a trusted provider of IBM hardware and software maintenance.
Prior to joining Baby Blue, Will dedicated over 20 years to Blue Chip (now Service Express), where he was instrumental in shaping and executing key strategies for IBM maintenance services. His leadership played a pivotal role in the growth of the business & operational excellence.
Will’s decision to join Baby Blue was driven by the company’s unwavering commitment to putting customers first in an evolving industry.
