International Women’s Day: Introducing Katie, the Heart of Baby Blue

Tomorrow marks International Women's Day, a time to celebrate the incredible contributions of women around the world. At Baby Blue IT & Consulting, we couldn’t think of a better way to honor this day than by shining the spotlight on someone truly invaluable to our team: Katie, our Customer Experience Manager.

As our Customer Experience Manager, she ensures that every customer who reaches out to us feels valued, supported, and satisfied. From answering calls and directing them to the right team members to proactively checking in with our clients, Katie’s dedication ensures that our customers remain happy and stay with us for the long haul.

But Katie’s role doesn’t stop with our customers - she also takes care of us! She keeps the office running smoothly, making sure we have everything we need, from office supplies to a well-stocked snack cupboard (which often includes her delicious homemade cakes!). Her presence brings warmth and positivity to our workplace, and her support allows the entire team to focus on delivering the best IT and consulting services possible.

Katie is the person who makes things happen, the glue that holds everything together, and the friendly voice that our customers rely on. This International Women's Day, we honor Katie and all the women who make workplaces, communities, and industries stronger.
